Come along and be coached by Ex International Sprint Hurdler, Julie Pratt-Benterman.

Julie will run through warm up and sprint drills, hurdle specific technical drills, starts and culminate the session by putting all those aspects together.

Suitable for age groups:

U13, U15, U17 and U20 with athletes having some hurdle experience.

When? Thursday 4th April.

What time? 12.45pm registration for a 1pm-4pm session.
