On Thursday, Hurdle Dynamix ran their inaugural hurdles camp, where 14 aspiring young athletes were put through their paces for 3 hours of hurdling fun. Coach Julie said ‘the athletes were brilliant, they listened intently and put into practice all the different components we had worked on across the session. I’m incredibly proud of all of them for the effort they put in!’
We look forward to more camp across the rest of the year.
